What is Janssen CarePath?

Janssen CarePath is the type 2 diabetes wellness support program for people on INVOKAMET® or INVOKAMET® XR. It's designed to provide helpful information and tools to help keep you in-the-know and motivated. You'll get information on cost support options, prescription savings if eligible, diabetes education, and other helpful resources like refill reminders and diabetes-friendly recipes to help you start and stay on track—and that's just the beginning.

How do I become a member of Janssen CarePath?

Anyone who has been prescribed INVOKAMET® XR (canagliflozin/metformin hydrochloride extended-release) or INVOKAMET® (canagliflozin/metformin hydrochloride), or is a caregiver of someone prescribed INVOKAMET® XR or INVOKAMET®, can sign up and get access to the benefits Janssen CarePath offers. What is the Janssen CarePath Savings Program?

Help with your co-pay is yet another way we're here for you. With this program, most patients with commercial or private insurance pay a $0 co-pay every month, if eligible. Your card has a $3,000 maximum program benefit per calendar year, subject to monthly limits. Must be redeemed with a valid prescription. See full eligibility requirements. This program is not available to individuals who use any state or federal government-subsidized healthcare program to cover a portion of medication costs, such as Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, Department of Defense of Veterans Administration.

How do I get a Janssen CarePath Savings Program card?

I have an activated savings card and have already paid for my co-pay. How do I get a rebate?

After you have activated your savings card, co-pay amounts then incurred will be reimbursed. Please complete the rebate request form, sign and provide all the documentation listed on the form. Click here to get started.

How do I set up medication reminders?

Click on My Settings in the top-right of your Dashboard, or any page once you’ve logged in. Then click on Reminders. To help you stay on track, we offer two different reminders: 1) Daily Pill Reminders to take your medication and 2) Monthly Reminders to refill your prescription. You can choose either or both, whichever works for you. How do I change the reminders I receive?

Just click on My Settings in the top-right of the Home Page or any page once you’ve logged in. Then click on Reminders. Open either your Daily Pill Reminders or Monthly Reminders. From there you can update how we contact you, when we contact you, or Turn Off Reminders.

Why is it important to take my prescription medication exactly as prescribed?

Prescription medication is more likely to be safe and effective if you take the medication exactly as directed. Your doctor will tell you how much INVOKAMET® XR or INVOKAMET® to take, and when to take it. How do I cancel receiving e-mails?

Click on My Settings in the top-right of the Home Page or any page once you’ve logged in. Then click on E-mail Notifications. From there you can uncheck any e-mail subscriptions you are signed up for and would no longer like to receive. Then press Submit.

How can I find healthy recipes?

With our Recipe Search Tool! Once you’ve logged in, open the Good Food section of the website. Then click on Recipe Search. Once the tool is open you can search by cuisine, ingredients, calories, carbohydrates, and much more. Choose from 750 healthy and delicious diabetes-friendly recipes.
